Delete Your DAMN! Nation Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DAMN! Nation account and the data associated with it. DAMN! Nation is developed by Curse Free Studios.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@cursefreestudios.com with the subject line "DAMN! Nation account deletion request".
2. Include the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, and your in-game username if you have one. If you only played as a guest, include your username and the device you played on.
3. We may reply to confirm that you own the account before we delete it.
4. Once your identity is confirmed, we delete your account and associated data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

You don't need to reinstall or open the game to make a request. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Data that is deleted

• Your player account and player ID
• The link between your player account and your Google or Apple sign-in, including the associated email address
• Your username
• Saved game progress and stats
• In-game currency balances, inventory, energy and daily reward history
• Gameplay data linked to your player account

Data that may be kept

• Purchase records: Google Play and the Apple App Store keep transaction records under their own policies. Deleting your account permanently removes any purchases you made, including Remove Ads.
• Anonymous gameplay statistics: summaries that can't be linked back to you may be kept to help us balance and improve the game.
• Your deletion request email: kept for up to 90 days as a record that we completed the request, then deleted.
